The Challenge

RES Software, a B2B Technology provider hired us to help launch a new offering called the IT Store - a revolutionary new way to manage and automate almost every aspect of IT on an enterprise level.

We collaborated with RES to develop the personas and buying journey to ensure the content would connect with their target market of CIOs and IT professionals. Working within the Marketo® system, a microsite was created to support a rich media experience along with Linkedin integration to present a persona-specific interactive journey.

The IT Store microsite's unique persona - focused approach has been effective in delivering a unique experience based upon a user's role. As a result, the ITStore brand is gaining traction in the marketplace and is providing RES with highly qualified leads to grow their new offering.
