QVC Second Screen

In 2013, the term "Second Screen" started to get more and more traction inside of QVC, but nobody knew exactly what it was. From buzzword to an actual concept, my team was responsible for the research and prototyping of a few use cases of what this new idea could look and feel like and how QVC should leverage it within its already well established and successful program guide.

A few concepts were created and used famous shows like "In the Kitchen with David" and "Lisa Robertson Show" as a basis due to their viewer engangement and social media relevancy. Today, the Second Screen is a regular strategy used on QVC's 2.0 iPad App, increasing user engagement and sales.
